TBT Foundation Program
The GABR Business Method — Foundation Level
From management knowledge to business understanding. A program developed by Muhammad Gabr, connecting management disciplines within the context of decisions and execution.
What does the program aim to help you do?
- Read the organization as a system and understand its relationship with the market.
- Distinguish evidence, hypotheses, and information gaps before deciding.
- Connect understanding and analysis with decision design and review using GABR.
- Connect decisions with responsibilities, execution, and outcome review.
Who is this outline for?
For managers, team members, and people with organizational responsibilities who want to develop an interconnected understanding of business.
Before starting
Final prerequisites have not been announced. To discuss fit, consider your current role and a situation you want to understand better; confidential information is not needed.
How does learning connect with practice?
Learning materials and exercises have been prepared around a fictional case, connecting understanding and analysis with alternatives, decision design, follow-up and reflection. Individual work is saved with an explanation of the reasoning and disclosure of assistance; discussion can support learning.
How could learning be assessed?
A formative assessment policy has been approved for the first pilot round across four criteria: reading the context, evidence and analysis, approach and decision, and follow-up and learning. It includes feedback and an opportunity to improve the work; the revision deadline will be set with the round schedule. The assessment descriptors have not yet been tested in a human pilot.

Optional practice materials
Additional materials have approved wording for optional use, including a worked feedback example and a task in another context. They do not automatically become round requirements, and preparing or approving their wording does not establish learning.
Completion and credentials
The first pilot round will not issue a formal completion result or certificate. Requirements for any public program have not been announced. Attendance does not establish learning; completion does not establish competence or professional certification. LEADECTOR is a professional role broader than a course.
